Cancellation Policy
📌 Cancellation Policy (10% Fee)
To respect both your time and mine, please review my cancellation policy below:
🔹 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 10% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total will be charged.
🔹 No-shows will also be charged a 10% fee.
🔹 Late arrivals:
If you are 15+ minutes late, I may need to adjust your service or reschedule you. A $1 per 1 minute fee may apply starting the minute after.
🔹 How fees are collected:
Fees will be automatically charged to the card on file or added to your next appointment.
